a tender venetian dream

convenient location quiet setting peaceful atmosphere

the location proved convenient. it sat near the train station. also, i found myself close to many tourist attractions. the hotel's quiet setting by the canal added to the peaceful atmosphere, i felt relaxed.

the room felt quite small for storing luggage, requiring some creative organization.

The staff were very responsive. They helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions. The room was clean, and it had all the amenities.

The room was very small and poorly designed. There were no PowerPoints where they needed to be and no spaces for bags. I almost hit my head several times on the inbuilt storage because it was positioned in the middle of the entryway.

the location proved very convenient , near the train station. The staff responded promptly to my inquiries. The room included essential amenities and offered sufficient space for luggage. I found the proximity to dining options particularly advantageous.

the shower pressure was less forceful than i prefer , which affected the overall experience.

The reception staff were very friendly, providing helpful recommendations and marking key attractions on a map. They stored our luggage after check-out, great to maximize our last day. The hotel's location is quite convenient as it is near shops and restaurants. The staff also replenished coffee capsules and towels after our first night.

the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice when needed.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. It was hard and the pillows were too thin, affecting sleep quality. a duvet was not available either. this impacted my overall experience.
