The staff were very responsive. They helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions. The room was clean, and it had all the amenities.

The room was very small and poorly designed. There were no PowerPoints where they needed to be and no spaces for bags. I almost hit my head several times on the inbuilt storage because it was positioned in the middle of the entryway.

The location was excellent. It was on the main path yet set back in a little entryway. i did not hear any street noise at all. the service felt very comfortable to me (i really enjoyed it). it was a short walk from the ferry stop, made transit from the airport quick. i found this convenient.

The bed was not comfortable. It felt hard. it had no duvet, and only two thin pillows were available. my sleep was not great here.
